About

Connor Matts has been exploring and learning about our food systems for over a decade.  After nourishing a childhood passion for food, he studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he earned a degree in Food Business Management and Sustainable Food Systems.  He then worked through fine dining kitchens in both Boston, New York City, and remote Alaska.  Seeing the disconnect between restaurants and their suppliers, Connor spent nearly four years at Apricot Lane Farms in California learning about regenerative agriculture and animal husbandry.  He is now based in Malibu, California where he continues to develop his skills in both regenerative land management and in the kitchen where he develops products/recipes with for he helps his clients grow.
